Digital content creators are invited to register to attend the launch of NASA\u2019s Plankton, Aerosol, Cloud Ocean Ecosystem (PACE) mission and create content based on the experience. PACE is a NASA mission scheduled to launch no earlier than Feb. 6, 2024, on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The PACE mission will continue and improve NASA\u2019s 20-year record of satellite observations of global ocean biology, aerosols, and clouds. PACE will help us better understand how the ocean and atmosphere exchange carbon dioxide, measure key atmospheric variables associated with air quality and Earth\u2019s climate, and monitor ocean health, in part by studying phytoplankton, tiny plants and algae that sustain the marine food web.\u00a0<\/p>\n
