<\/a>Launch preparations are proceeding toward a liftoff of Boeing\u2019s CST-100 Starliner spacecraft on a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket on a flight test to the\u202fInternational Space Station<\/a>\u00a0at 6:54\u00a0p.m. on Thursday, May 19.<\/p>\n Watch on NASA Television, the NASA app<\/a>, and the agency\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n Known as Orbital Flight Test-2 (OFT-2), this is the second uncrewed flight for Boeing\u2019s Starliner spacecraft as part of the agency\u2019s Commercial Crew Program<\/a>. OFT-2 will demonstrate the end-to-end capabilities of the Starliner spacecraft and Atlas V rocket from launch to docking to a return to Earth in the desert of the western United States.
